Paul Greenberg

Paul Greenberg is an AV rated lawyer, a prestigious award given by fellow lawyers, who has been in private practice since 1977, and has concentrated his practice in the field of employment law representing employees exclusively since 1984. Mr. Greenberg has been named one of the California's Super Lawyers in the area of employment litigation every year since 2005.

Iris Weinmann

Iris Weinmann has been concentrating her practice on representing employees in employment related litigation since 1994. Together with Paul Greenberg, Ms. Weinmann has successfully tried multiple employment cases to verdict. She has also argued several appeals before the Court of Appeal for the State of California and has obtained published decisions.

Afshin Mozaffari

Afshin Mozaffari's practice focuses on civil rights and employee rights litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, defamation, disability accommodation, wrongful termination, and other employment matters. Prior to dedicating his practice to employee rights, Mr. Mozaffari represented corporations, schools, and non-profits in employment law, business litigation, and class actions cases.

Jane Tanimura

Ms. Tanimura joined Greenberg & Weinmann in September 2013, having previously worked for The Sampath Law Firm where she gained significant experience litigating disability discrimination cases. Ms. Tanimura was also a law clerk to the well-respected plaintiff-side employment firm of Toni J. Jaramilla, A PLC.
